Be more specific. For what city/state? Some road crews are on low
band, and I understand some even use itinerant freqs.

What would those frequencies be? Thanks.

I've seen and "heard" some using CB Walkie Talkies too. Hell, they could be
most anywhere.

Here's a great list of frequencies:

http://www.strongsignals.net/access/content/faf.html

LOOK UNDER " DOT frequencies"
way down the bottom of this list!

load up the FRS and the 154.600 154.57 151. 625 and the other
itinerant frequencies

And look up the company's name (or if they are a "townie" DPW out fit) that's
on the side of the
construction trucks. If there is just a telephone number with out town or
address,
do a reverse telephone number look up on the web for the name then
look them up here

http://www.cityfreq.com/

I have herd town DPW flag crews using
the itinerant frequencies. In stead of their licensed High Way frequencies!
