It seems to have been used or is in current use by America West Airlines.

Anyone else have any idea?

To identify the callsign of any airline and/or cargo carrier, just go to
the website below. Then, just click on "callsign" after you get there.

http://airlinecodes.co.uk

To see the present location of airline flights that you happen to hear
plus the flight routing and aircraft type, go to the website below. This
site just lists the major airlines. There's a few other sites that do
this too, but this one is my favorite.

http://flightview.com

The website below doesn't actually show the location of the airline
flight as in the previous site, but it does say the departure city,
arrival city, aircraft type plus a bit more info. This site lists all of
the airline companies and cargo carriers.
