Today while I put 7 BC780XLT's into search mode, each scanner working a
25 MHz section of the MilAir band. In the log below you'll find the new freqs I had not ID'ed before today. The MilAirComms.com Log report for 2/20/2005 All times are Eastern Time, frequencies in MHz and unless other wise noted modulation type is AM. TIGER, RUBBER Time: 1200 USS Boat in 6X; 360.0 MHz had some HAVEQUICK Xmisstions Frequency: 360.0000 (Carrier Operations?); 364.2500 (Carrier Marshall) BLADE, RUBBER, TIGER Time: 1206 ACM then back to 364.2500, What is ROLEX 5? Is this a callsign or code? Frequency: 237.4000 (found in search ??) unid Time: 1207 strong carrier with a quick buzzing sound every 10 seconds. Frequency: 333.8250 (found in search ??) unid Time: 1211 request direct Waycross Frequency: 346.2500 (JAX Cntr, St. Augustine) unid Time: 1240 sounded like same voice as RUBBER, "switching to omaga". Frequency: 283.0250 (found in search ??) unid Time: 1255 two aircraft, sounded like A/A Frequency: 266.4250 (found in search ??) INVADERJACK Time: 1306 "STRIKE 227 if you hear me click your mike twice". Frequency: 262.7000 (found in search ??) unid Time: 1309 sounded like A/A Frequency: 298.6250 (found in search ??) unid Time: 1310 "decending to 4000 and holding over the water", probably Daytona 500 FlyOver Frequency: 387.0000 (DAB App) unid Time: 1311 weak sig. Frequency: 337.2250 (found in search ??) AlphaAlpha 712; TIGER Time: 1311 Pinecastle Range; Flight of S-3's with total of 8 Mk-76's Frequency: 357.0000 (SEALORD-Pinecastle); 380.8000 (Pinecastle AlphaAlpha 710 Time: 1312 Flt of 2 level FL180 Frequency: 307.2500 (JAX Cntr) COMM 32; TIGER ## Time: 1316 COMM asking Tiger if he's at "push point" Frequency: 360.0000 (Carrier Operations STRIKE) SPIDER ?? Time: 1318 possible new CAP freq? SPIDER is who worked SuperBowl CAP a few weeks ago. Possible CAP for Daytona 500? Frequency: 252.8250 (found in search??); 298.6250 (found in search??) TIGER ## Time: 1333 "99 echo rolex 10", "TIGER echos rolex 10"..sounds like football plays... Frequency: 237.4000 (found in search ?? AICC) unid Time: 1334 ACM? Frequency: 333.3500 (found in search ??) BOG is our regular VK pedant who unfortunately expects all others to confirm to the "proper" form of English.
