Do you think that people in you hobby can not find ebay on their own?
Rationalize your spam any way you like, you are not doing anyone a favor by
flooding usenet.

Flooding Usenet?

Give me a break. What is it now, beat up on Dan time?

Keep it coming, I can take it. You people are pikers.

Show me the FLOOD! In the last two months I posted TWO scanners here FA.

I can show you a TON of SPAM and FA postings that would make the Noahs
Ark flood look like a puddle.

Get off your high horse and knock it off already.

I admitted I made the posts, I USE MY REAL NAME, and stated I would only
post FS in the swap group from now on. WHat mmore do you want?

It's more then ANY of you would do.

That you should act like a MAN, and not a 6 year old.

6 year olds hide behind silly anonymous names.

REAL MEN come out from behind their masks and say whats on thier minds,
right or wrong, silly or not.

DO you?

LEARN from your experiences, however much it hurts.

Oh, you can rest assured I've learned well, once and for all. My
education will result in efforts toward a cleaner usenet for all, trust
me on that.

I have no eBay account, so I can't file a complaint there,
except for the eBay/Paypal phishing spams I get.

You don't need an eBay account to file a SPAM complaint.

Nice try

eBay offered NO explanation as to why they removed this auction. As
far as I know, the 796D is NOT banned for sale on eBay. They cancel
your auction, but they DO NOT refund your listing fee.

Yes, you do, because you have to log into eBay before you can access that
webpage.

No, you don't.

All you have to do is forward it (with headers) to

Really.

You posted about only two scanners this go around yes.. but you posted about
them Many times and to several groups.

Yes, I admit it. I confess.

I posted to THREE radio groups initally,(one of them a SWAP group, no
less) and then to the SAME Three groups a second time.

At least I can admit my mistake.

In the grand scheme of what goes on daily on these groups, did it really
warrant the action that was taken to cause me personal harm?

Dan SHOULD be aware that he's risking his cable modem connection
if he does that. RR can be slow to act, but they DO act on obvious
newsgroup abuse, such as flooding.

Does what? What flooding?

This flooding:

"Well folks, the gloves are off. I will offer the scanner on a
straight FOR SALE basis 80 ZILLION times on these groups."
