Why does my police scanner pick up this FM broadcast station on WFM? It does not pick up any other stations.

Why do NONE of the other broadcast radios that are within range of my scanner
tune in then? As I stated in the first post I pick it up on WFM

Maybe your scanner is a much better radio than the others?
More sensitivity. Do you get other weak FM broadcast stations
elsewhere? Try tuning it in on the car's radio. Car radios
usually have sensitive FM front ends. Extend the car radio
whip antenna all the way out first.
