I saw a new version of it in Radio Shack a few days ago. All the changes are cosmetic however. Some of the buttons on the keyboard have been moved around and colorized and the case is light gray as opposed to black. If, in fact, you're referring to the PRO-97, the changes are far from cosmetic: * LTR trunking added * CTCSS/DCS added * 150 talk groups/bank vs. 100 * "Signal Stalker" added * Added NWS FIPS/SAME mode * Step sizes for various frequency ranges changed (e.g. 8.333 kHz between 108 and 137 MHz). * Added 225-406 MHz * Increased sensitivity in 216-225 MHz |
