	I'm looking at the bearcat 800. Some people say it works great listening to c-phones other people say that frequency is pretty well scrambled. Can someone please elaborate on this? Thank you very much  |

			If by c-phone, you mean CELL PHONES, 99.9% of all c-phones are DIGITAL.  The 
		
		
		
		
		
		
		
		
	
	800 doesn't do digital. Some c-phone services are still analog and I have heard a few now and then. You only hear one side of the conversation. If you had a digital scanner that didn't have the forbidden frequencies blocked, you wouldn't hear anything anyway as the signals are encrypted.
