=====================================
July 5, 2005 Dear Ms. Czepiel, Thanks for writing, but I'm unclear on what you're saying. As you can see from the prior posts, at least a few people gave a hoot. For instance, Mr. Crocker, whom you quote, was kind enough to conduct some research and send it to me based on where I live. My question to you and other participants is what it is you mean by "Nice job." --Johnny P.S. Thanks again to all of you, including those who responded off-list, for your help. I am overwhelmed by your generosity in listing frequencies for my area, and for showing me how to find more. ===================================== On July 4 Sarah Czepiel wrote: On 4 Jul 2005 06:47:56 -0700, "Nick E. I didn't realize scanner people might think of "Shawnee, Kansas" as meaning the COUNTY of Shawnee, which is quite far away from the city of Shawnee where I live. Still, thanks for the effort. Probably most people reading your response don't give a hoot about where you live and the next time you ask a question these same folks aren't going to bother reading or responding. Nice job. |
