Sure, why not... It would be just as illegal as what he is doing now...
Selling illegal copies of copyrighted software... I wonder if he ever
stopped to think of WHY the FCC SELLS the CD in the first place? At his
claimed price, it certainly isn't to cover the cost of printing it!
