I just got my ass kicked by a patrolman for playing my scanner radio real
loud near a crime scene. I played it through my car speakers as a hostage
situation was unfolding. Apparently the guy killed himself while they were
trying to talk him out. I think he heard the cops making fun of him on
their raidos. Do I have a case? Am I entitled to any money in a settlement?
