It's what Bill Cheek marketed, yes. Bill didn't directly develop and
design it
but he did sort it out so that anyone could build it and install it. I
bought it
shortly after he died and his wife was still running the business.
It seems no one has an interest in the device so maybe I'll build it and
install
it in one of the 2006s that are collecting dust around here.
