If you place a large sheet across two scanner beds there will be an
inevitable gap in coverage. Ergo I have no idea what you have in mind or how it would be in any way better than stitching together sections of the sheet scanned on one machine. I have done the latter many times and with a decent panorama program, like the one built into CS2, seamless results are not difficult to obtain. |
