Default Broadcasting on 1775 khz??

Hello everyone, today around 23:45 UTC I've been picking up two faint
broadcasting signals on top of each other around 1775 khz (actually I
hear it from about 1773 khz to about 1778 khz). The broadcasts are in
Spanish, and include music and sound like normal MW broadcasting. The
signals come in and out and are drowned in QRN. For what it's worth
I'm in South Carolina. Any idea what these signals could be? Does
Mexico broadcast in this region of the band?

73,
Eamon
