I dont think I could ever get trired of it. Some people try to say SW is dead, on it's way out, "it aint what it used to be" etc. But, I can always find something to listen to. I also love all the imperfections of listening. All the noise, hash and pops, are music to my ears. Everything else we do now is all polished up, DVD Video, CD quality audio, high definition, sat radio and on an on. Shortwave signals are just plucked right of of thin air. That's the part I love the most. -- Telamon Ventura, California I grew up in the 1960's as a SWL, but now, SWL is dying, and there is nothing of value left on SW - just a bunch of religious crap. |
