Why should the US be concerned about Canada? They own it all anyway.
The forest, mines, manufactures, real estate, retailing. There are
very few Canadian businesses left. As long as they behave themselves,
Canadian politicians will be allowed to run their little US franchise
operation and do what they are told by the big boys. Of course, the US
is in the same position: check out who owns the commanding heights of
US business. Don't let agent provocateurs stir up quarrels between
Canadians and Americans: they have much more in common than to fall
for that trick.
