"Continental 1666" is up on 6640 kHz USB with ARINC-New York in a phone patch to their dispatcher and then MedLink. They are discussing a 48-year-old male passenger who is having a heart attack. They are diverting to Miami IAP. Paramedics will meet the plane; and the airline is making arrangements for the passengers aboard the flight.
