Yeah, the story is a little over 2 years old. OS10 is no different than
Windows in that there have been a number of security updates over time
as vulnerabilities have been found just not as many.


There is no virus,trojans,worms currently in the wild that effect Macs. Period.

I'm not aware of any but you must realize that the many security
updates addressed a weakness in the OS that could have been exploited
by such.


That have yet to ever be exploited. It's called better safe than sorry.
Unlike Microsuck who even after it's users report flaws they ignore it
for MONTHS until they have a patch ready.
