How can WWCR - Nashville, TN operate on 5765 kHz and
effective "JAM" the AFN-ARN Signal ? ? ?

Is WWCR - Nashville, TN {USA} operating Illegally on 5765 kHz ?

Why doesn't the FCC take action and get WWCR - Nashville, TN
off of 5765 kHz and let AFN-ARN have a Clear Channel on 5765 kHz ?

I was able to hear AFN-ARN on the Upper-Side-Band and WWCR
on the Lower-Side-Band.

The AFN-ARN Program was Sports News.
