Default Shortwave radios wanted !

Cheap as in price or Cheap as in quality ?

Almost any 'flea market' will have a muliti band radio
that you can pick up for $5 - $10 that should fit your
need in both areas

Does anybody know of a cheap shortwave radio that tunes from 3Mhz to
30Mhz or a fixed frequency radio. Thanks
