13760 should be N.Korea!
But China is stomping all over the top of it!
Jamming by broadcasting about Giant Pandas with a monstrously wide bandwidth right over the 13.760 Western Europe 1800z slot.... Les -- Remove Frontal Lobes to reply direct.
