13760 @ 13:00 UTC: North Korea in English barely making it over. This
signal needs lots of button/knob tweaking.

Not too bad here, but 9935 using LSB is much better.

In Atlanta Ga, I get squat on 13.760. I do get a solid copy on some east-
asian language braodcast on 13.770. Sounds like some kind of stock or
commodities investing program. Every once in awhile, a female in english
breaks in and explains some term, like "market call"...


That might be one of the 'new' China Business Radio frequencies.

Coming in here at an excellent level.

Ha! Just ID'd as "Voice International Limited". Coming from Australia, I
think? Sounds Cantonese-ish, though...


If that is the case then it is from transmitters in Darwin.
