Numbers station 17435 Khz Spanish now

Around 1740 on 17435 Khz AM mode, SINPO = 45544, fair bit of QSB (fading) but relatively quiet Great for practicing to count in Spanish I guess -- ross Cuba has recently been using higher frequencies, which is weird because stuff above 10 Mhz usually doesn't go anywhere in sun weather conditions like we have now. I always thought that their odd use of 11760 was to tweak Britain's nose (11765 is one of the few BBC freqs audible in NAm at 0500) but maybe not. |
