No. When they were Top 40. CHR sucks.

CHR and Top 40 are the same thing. A trade magazine decided, to distinguish
its chart from others, to use CHR back in the 70s and it stuck because
nobody in the business side of the industry liked the teen image of the term
Top 40.

Wrong! CHR is very crossover averse and narrow. Top 40 was the
epitome of ecclecticism and variety.
