Perhaps you should consult sources that *do* contain the information you want. There is no such source, as the FCC maintains a CP as a CP until the licensee of the station submits a license application after the CP is proven to be operating correctly. Except by calling every one of the nearly 1200 CP holders, there is no way of knowing which CPs are built and on the air, but not yet licensed. You'd better get started then. |
