Default An Evening of [near]Silence

So, today DXAce announces his departure from the group and I notice
the volume of posts is below normal. Is this a moment of near silence
in tribute to his departure?

Not hardly, only a moron like you could come up with such a twisted
conclusion. The reason for the lack of posts is everyone is out
celebrating the departure of dx"hershey squirts"ace.

The truth behind (no pun intended) his departure is his incontinence
has become so severe he can't stray far enough from the bathroom to
get to his computer. Couldn't happen to a more deserving asshole (no
pun intended).

- Many, many regular posters from the past have also left for
- whatever reasons, left the hobby, different hobby or more
- than likely, RHF's idiotic antics and lengthy replies/posts.
-
- I don't see the names I used to see here and I seldom post,
- for a multitude of reasons, but RHF is one of them.
- Roy should either take more meds or pull the trigger.

FB3 - It is nice to be appreciated.
-ps- Thanks for making me a .38 e$pecial.

Ya know, he might just start a thread asking people to vote on their
preference. *And yes, many positive contributors have left over the
years and I'm sure has a lot to do with the signal to noise ratio.

- I suggest you use the " The RRS no-spin clueless
- factor report" thread.
- I post weekly results here Sunday night.
- So far on volume, incomprehensibility, copy and paste, and
- cluelessness RHF is going to be a winner three weeks in a row.

"msg"
Other than the Usenet amateur radio hierarchy, what other "shortwave
newsgroups" are there? (or do you refer to other types of forums not
on Usenet?) Certainly there are mailing lists with a higher S/N ratio.

Michael

Mike, what's a "S/N ratio"?

Signal to noise............you want the signal to be larger than the
noise.

Burr - I guess there is a Leason in there somewhere
for you from Telamon.

Burr - Best to stay clear of Me and of this Topic :
Or else Telamon just may be Targeting You next as one
of the "Clueless Ones" that are His Chosen Mission to
Eradicate from the Rec.Radio.Shortwave Newsgroup.

FWIW - Maybe about 60 of these 240 Posts for the Month
would not have been Posted* -except in reply to- Telamon's
"Clueless" Report Antics (~60). Factor in another ~60 "Me
Too" posts by others giving their two-cents-worth.
* Now that just might improve the Signal to Noise Ratio of
the Newsgroup. {180 Clueless Posts = Less Noise}

Roy, Telamon and I have know eachother for years and we get along. I post
some crap from time to time and I think I have had my nose stuck in it.

But I'm your friend and I'll say it right here, but I still think your
repeat of the other post and your sig or to long.

As to "OT" post, if you don't want to read them then don't open them!!!!
