Broke, oh faux one? So very sad. You should have graduated high school. Graduating from high school would not have helped me at all and has never been a factor in business. It's all about successful work experience. This is what a lot of people say who failed to graduate from college. Wait a minute...you said high school? Are you serious? You failed to graduate from high school? That's not funny. Yeah, I was bored out of my gourd, and built a radio station instead. Most people are bored with HS and still manage to get through it. ... only because they had no alternative. I did. It was a lot more challenging, rewarding and profitable to own and run a #1 radio station than to take woodshop or algebra. By being an owner, I could make mistakes that would cause an employee to be fired and learn how to fix them and not make them again. As John Kluge said to a friend of mine, "Son, you don't learn from your successes." There is no reason to be bored in HS if there is something else you can do that is of more value. Funny. You've never owned a damn thing since you made up the South American stuff! |

I only have the paperwork on the ones I currently own and one I sold in the last 3 years (for taxes). I see no reason to carry anything else, and I'm sure that applies to 99.9% of people. When it costs over $6000 to move just 12 miles (as it cost me in '06) who would accumulate any more stuff than needed? The references I gave know I owned and operated the stations; Mr. Guarderas' father in law sold me my first frequency and transmitter, in fact... and the license was in Mr. Guarderas' name until my company got the transfer. |

In that case you are so deserving of our ACCEPTANCE and APPROVAL. Way to go there! Good job! Keep up the good job! Atta boy! |

Most people I know who are of my generation who worked for IBM or Xerox or any of a number of large corporations that transferred people with each promotion have had between a dozen and 18 houses over the length of their career. Most people I know in radio have had more. My point was that most people do not store documents beyond the legal requirement. |

Fine, and I'm sure you've owned many other things besides. But why do you so desperately need to prove this stuff to me or to anyone else? You remind me of my neighbor's small son, who is insecure in himself and constantly trying to prove to everyone how worthy he is. |

Telamon obviously knows semiconductors and related issues, but has no idea of how to interpret human behaviour. You don't believe a person could prosper more by leaving a formal education for an alternative of any kind. dxAce is simply in denial. He's a racist, a xenophobe, and based on his Saturday and Sunday rants and obscenities, a substance abuser. Cahulin wears bras and injects some needed levity in these discussions. IBOCisacrock makes conclusions based on wrong data almost 100% of the time. It's like a sitcom, in fact. |
