Default CVC International

Just tooling around the bands this aft. (26th) and ran across CVC Int.
broadcasting in English on 13590 Khz. Very strong signal S8-S9 with
some fade but no drop out. Sked is 1700 to 2100 UTC. Cuhu alerted us
(see post) about sunspots. Could this be why CVC was so strong this
aft. ?? Lets hope so, that Cycle 24 finally means business. CVC refs.
in WRTH 2008 on Pages 458 & 425.
