Radio Taiwan International on 15,600 KHzat 22:50 UTC

Nerve heard them on this frequency before. I was just tuning through the
bands when I came across them. Good signal about S8.

Broadcasting to Europe at this time and frequency so I expect I'm
hearing them of the back of the antenna.
