able to Get a Job so their 'percentage is about Half to
a Third of the 'other' Minority Male Drop-Outs.

-note- About 3 Times the number of these Drop-Outs
have a Criminal Record -versus- the Rest of the US
Population -which- is another Factor in their
Un-Employability.

-plus- The Criminal Record Factor affects 2~3 Times
the number of Minority Males than White Males.
