The SRF-59 is a superb high performance radio for it's price - there
is a specific ULTRALIGHT group that specialises in these little radio's. Astonishing results on MW DX. My pick of the litter for these little radio's though is the Eton E100. This little Sony can be bought for less that $15, has super performance in both AM and FM modes, has excellent audio and sensitivity and works for days on a single AA battery. And, if you loose it or it gets stolen you’re out nothing. *You just buy another one Now, that’s cool. Now tell me again about how neat "HD" radio is? jw |
