Well, that seems to be our standard modus operandi. Didn't we do that
with the Bay of Pigs, our friend Noriega in Panama, the Hmong, our pal
Saddam with Rumsfeld's arm around him, and last but not least, the
Kurds, who we left twisting at least twice.
