Argentina was smart... they allowed multiple X-band stations on each channel in the immense Buenos Aires metro, and that is where the religious broadcasters and the ethnic broadcasters (there is a station just for Bolivians) have gone. Several of these have been heard in the USA, before the domestic X Banders were all built out. |
