SWBC A08 Rev. 8 and SWLog Build 3127 Released

Revision 8 of the A08 SWBC Schedules has been posted to the Shortwave Log
web site. The SWBC schedules are published in industry-standard XML format
and also come in variants of the defunct ILGRadio format.

Shortwave Log Build 3127 has also been posted and has several improvements
to RCS (Radio Control Server) and the QSL module.

SWLog and its RCSweb interface allows for a receiver to be put on the
Internet with either the IIS or Cassini web servers.
