i took this radio in a trade and had every intention of selling it,
now i can't keep this radio off - this is one of the best receivers i
have ever used - voice clarity i think is better than my old aor 7030
- the noise floor is one of the lowest i have heard - a bit of a pain
to tune, but alot of fun to operate and a beautiful radio to boot - i
was never a big band switch fan, but dx is what i am after and this
radio delivers. i always stayed away from this radio because of its
age - it's on the cusp of the analog and digital age, but i should
have tried one of these a long time ago - you can keep the dsp crap!
