I swear I don't understand why people keep reviving this corpse. BPL
will never work.


It certainly is an engineering disaster... but then, the FCC seems to be
keen on engineering disasters of late..


This time the money (low cost loans) is provided by the department of
Agriculture.


Please refrain from trying to add anything to these thread Tele.....you'll
just ruin it...along with the rest of the newsgroup.
