R. Liberty, Tinang, Philippines on 7220 at 0925 in Russian, sio-444.
YL w/ multiple "Svoboda" IDs. (Icom R75, Bryant - KY, Dec. 21)


R. Mauretanie, Nouakchott, Mauritania on 7245 @ 0930 UTC in Arabic,
sio-343. M w/ prob religion. 0950 re-check, W speaking, mark as
probable, no solid ID. (Icom R75, Bryant - KY, Dec. 21)


R. Senado, Brasilia, Brazil, on 5990 at 0940 UTC in Portuguese,
sio-343+. YL with many mentions of Brazil and Brasilia. (Icom R75,
Bryant - KY, Dec. 21)


R. Cancao Nova, Brazil, on 6104.94 at 0948 in Portuguese, sio-444. At
first I thought I had R. Merida, Mexico, but after listening for a few
minutes, it was clear the lang was Portuguese and the signal probably
too strong. Mark as probable, since no clear ID was heard. (Icom R75,

CRI, Xi'an, China, on 7215 at 1005 in English, sio-232. M ending news

with stations from all over the globe.

And I have my AR7030 plus working again.


You got a replacement display to work?

You got a replacement display to work?


Yes. It looks like the original yellow/green backlight with black LCD
characters.

I bought 4 modules and I am going to send one to another person that
uses this news group.
