on 6 JAN 2009

It appeared that there was a 2nd Dead Carrier Solid S9
on the Frequency which resulted in the Audio of Radio
Marti sounding 'faint' SIO 212

You mean the Cubans weren't jamming it??? at 0629utc the Cubans were
at it on Radio Marti on 7405 and 6030 and probably everywhere else
Radio Marti is trying to transmit on.
