Like I said, I was in Houston for a Category 3 Hurricane. *The splices are still on the wires, from where the un-maintained trees shredded them. *They have since been very proactive regarding preventative maintenance of right-of-way encroachment. D'Oh ! - Dave, The Tree that they 'trim' on the Right-of-Way side then is often un-balanced and then Falls-a-way on to the Property and the Owner's House. go figure . . . ~ RHF |
