Why? I coexist with wildfire quite well. Just had the red gum out
front pretty much stripped to the bone and gave the fan palm a much
needed shave. The only thing out back is antennas.

You're one of those folks that think they have the answer to
everything, aren't you?

The 70 mph winds that blew through Louisville last Wednesday night did
their most damage in the downtown and Old Louisville areas where there
are hardly any trees at all. The winds knocked down lines and poles,
knocking out electricity to nearly 30,000 people. Trimming trees that
were not even present in that area would have done absolutely nothing
to keep the lights on.

Your URL says absolutely nothing about trimming trees. Do you work for
Matt Drudge?

Prediction: Expect a meaningless and irrelevant response to this post
from Steve Lare, aka dxAce. I'll put money on it.

Well, we know that you think YOU have the answer to everything, Mr. PhDufus!

And, PhDufus, my answer is both meaningful AND relevant, besides, I doubt that
you have much money to put on anything.

I think Ivan Pavlov actually had a PhD, unlike Mr. PhDufus, Michael W. Bryant.

There is a tree in my back yard I need to cut a limb off.I think I will
buy two PVC pipes about two feet long at the Loews store and glue a male
thread piece on one of the pipes and a female piece on the other pipe.I
can screw them together and duct tape my tree limb bow saw on the end of
one of the pipes and I will stay on the ground and cut that limb off.I
have a flouarescent light bulb in my bathroom and another one in my
kitchen.I never turn those two lights off.I use a G'E.Reveal incadescent
60 watt light bulb in the floor light by my end of doggy's couch.I turn
that light off when I hit the sack every night.
