They weed out drivers using their (in)famous licensing system. First you have to have an appointment to take the written test (and you had best not be 5 minutes late, or you lose your appointment and have to reschedule). This takes all of the first day (MAKING the appointment, which must be done in person). Once the written test is done, you then must schedule an appointment (same thing applies) for the road test. All in all, it's a three day affair.. |
