What do you mean when? Oversight and regulation (not Heavy) are the
providence of government as we are a nation of laws. Repealing
Glass-Steagall was stupid, which Barney Frank proved that beyond a
shadow of a doubt.

Capitalism is not the problem, government is the problem, and the
obomination is going to turn a problem into a disaster.
