Default 41 Meter Band

Monitoring the above this afternoon,Mar.30, it was noted that, as per
earlier agreement, most, if not all SW stations have moved from the
range 7105-7350 Hkz to a range from 7205-7450 Khz. Only one powerhouse
was noted below 7200 Khz, and amateur radio activity has picked up
somewhat today. From 7205 up there were quite a number of SW station
heard but the band was very noisy today, as it has been for some time.
Some hams have also commented on this. This move is win-win. Hams get
a 100 Khz extension of hopefully interference free operating space
while SW station get an official extension of 100 Khz, to 7450 Khz,
although some were already operating there.
Good Listening to All from SW4ever...

Thanks for the reminder. I'll go have a look at 41 meters.
