Default HD Radio channels turned off in Twin Cities?

So far today, I can't pick up any HD channels on the following
stations;

92.5 KQRS x2

93.7 KXXR x2

97.1 KCTZ x2

98.5 KTIS x3

99.5 KSJN x2

100.3 KTLK x3

100.3 KDWB x2

102.1 KEEY x2

102.9 WLTE x2

104.1 WZJK x2

I just checked these at 12 Noon today, and they're still off at
12:45PM; transmitter work being done, or ???
All but 1 (WLTE) have no ID - WLTE at least has RDS running. What's up?
