They didnt have jackasses trying to define terms for everyone else; it was a system built on consensus. And we see them in the postings all the time, with their own definitions of terms so they can have strawmen. Its one of the problems going on in Iran right now. Any top down system, be it fascism, socialism, capitalism, communism, or whatever is in trouble because the party line can no longer be sold without being taken apart in venues like this line by line, to see what it says, and what it fails to say. Hence libertarian socialism. |
