If you go to the WikiPedia page, you can track down the person who took the
photograph. I have no idea of how to contact him to ask, but maybe someone who
contributes to the WikiPedia does.

If you do, please mention that it would be appreciated if the model of the
radio shown was added to the caption.

I found a picture matching the receiver in Google's Image Library.
It's the National Panasonic 3000. Sold originally for $595.
