Planet X.The Chicago guy wrote a book about the Return of Planet X.He
said NASA named the Planet, Planet X and Planet X can be seen right now
in the Southern Hemisphere with telescopes.

Maybe so, but I think that guy who wrote that book is a Kook.He was
predicting all kinds of weird thingys related to the Return of Planet X
and also UFOs.

There is a weekly shortwave radio program dedicated to Planet X on
WWRB at 0200utc on 3185khz. It's religious oriented and mostly have
soundbites of weather disasters on it. The Planet X nonsense has been
going on for decades.
