Default PPS File?

I took the file to Staples this morning and had the card printed off. It
indicates that Radio Waves Int. is indeed being relayed via Canada (X-ray
Radio) on 6930 kHz.

I received a QSL from Xray Radio as a PPS file.

Anybody know what to do with a PPS file?

Can't figure out how to view it.
