The only Job Bill that will work?
If President Obama resigns? The stock market would sky rocket? HA HA
HA HA HA HA! Cut capital gains taxes to zero, and pass the "balanced budget amendment" by the Republicans with the following provision: AMENDMENT TO THE UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION: Congress must pass a balanced budget with no debts. While the United States is in debt, Congress may make no additional laws unless all debts are paid off completely not related to military spending. Now, that is talent, on loan, from God?
