Currently, 32 degrees inside of my flower box on doggy's front porch.No
doubt, the Airport in Pearl,Mississippi measures a lower temp. http://www.wxusa.com Raymond,Mississippi received eight inches of snow.Raymond is eight miles Southwest of doggy's couch.Doggy was born in Raymond,Mississippi. http://www.cattledog.com http://www.acdca.org Earthquake fault line, you say? Manhattan is clearly located smack in the middle of several fault lines. Upper West Side, if I remember correctly. |

Earthquake Fault Line under New York City There have been Earthquakes there before, many Moons ago. About ten sumpin - eleven years ago, I saw a website whereby you can view some Earthquake Seisemometers (whatever they are called) in real time. The name, Brooklyn, means Broken Valleys,,, or so I once read in a book.
There is a Brooklyn,Mississippi too, South of doggy's couch.I think there are a few more Brooklyns in America. cuhulin |

NYC's Brooklyn is the biggest,out of many less known ones. And so-called Brooklyn accent has become completely extinct over here, last speakers of which have passed into the better world. When portrayed in old movies, letter ' r ' sounded like " oi " ! |

The Ground is sort of like a Sponge.When heavy ice on the ground melts
