Of course my favorite radio teacher is Rush Limbaugh, for various
reasons, but the main one being is just as there is no substitute for
John Madden, no two Rush Limbaugh shows sound exactly alike. Rush
seems to be able to condense in short bites what might take me hours
to do on my own, so in that spirit of things, that is why I say the
Glenn Beck Radio show is getting better in my opinion, by exercising
excellence.

Demonstrating the theology of history? Lately I've been doing some
research on the Internet, and I'll bounce some drafts of pending
articles that I may publish now and then. And what is annoying
sometimes is finding yourself reading some really weird, or disturbing
material, and of course it is written that way to push you in another
direction, or to censor you, or other various reasons. So its easy to
loose your train of thought in research, and for those that
intentionally try to distract you, you could give them back what they
gave you?

So the other day I was reading this anonymous material, and it had a
whole lot of historical detail in it that did not make sense. And I
had two thoughts crossing my mind, the “radical right” mentality
projection by political conservative critics who may wrongly think
that conservatives want to bring about some kind of Apocalypse like
some Muslims do, and the other thought about erasing American History
by Glenn Beck.

Well, I'm listening to the Glenn Beck Radio Show today, and I was
stunned, it was the best radio show they have produced all year long.
It made sense, their references to erased history (the attempt at
anyway) of the 1920 depression, and how they came out of it, etc.
Glenn Beck and company are getting better at what they do, and they
listen to criticism, and take it well I might add. Someone who asked
you a question about 9/11, who felt the steel beams in his building
shake, or smelled that inferno, was being “unfair”? Nice curve ball
that demonstrates the projection of your character?


Getting back to my story, the thought crossed my mind, how to you
teach radical Christians to beware of false prophets, and how do you
teach those who use history as a spring board to intimidate you into
thinking they are really smarter than they are? By showing a simple
question about the theology of prophecy as currently taught in
conjunction with history?

For example, the Christians might teach, or did in the past, that all
have sinned, even though if you follow the Jewish theological
background of “salvation”, or aspects of it, one could ask the
question, that once the “Messiah” had come (Jesus Christ), and
liberated mankind from the original sin, then all children from that
point on, would not be born into sin, and would they be immortal? Or
Muslims that come from Adam and Eve, hate the Jews when they are
Jewish? So is the past that we can not witness for ourselves,
relevant today? Yes, the tree of life was destroyed by the flood, but
there are other references to the river of life, and this is not a
bible lesson?

We can ask those questions, since there are allusions that Christ said
that there were those among him who would not taste of death? Sounds
interesting, would that apply to their children as well? So for all
we really know, there is a secret society of immortals on the planet
who could theoretically avoid many of the things that others do not
through the power of the Holy Ghost? That would bring up a little
different way of living and raising children, would it not? No, not
just don't disobey Mommy for taking sneaking a cookie, but potentially
loose your immortality? Unlikely scenario, but its fun to take poke
at others who really think they can alter your way of thinking, when
they have no idea how you really think?

Ah, I can just imagine the visions of virtual hell some of you are
thinking right now? LOL. Should some think of themselves as children
that are not meant to know the exact details, and the grace and
supernatural nature of God grows a relationship with the Holy Ghost
and with power? I've seen and felt the power of God, because I was
looking for it? Well, now, you can't teach that, can you? So no I'm
not teaching a new religion, or anything of the sort, I'm just opening
the ears of the oppressed, and at the same time learning something new
every day?

Now then, if the mentality of a “Quaker” was that if you sinned, you
did not break a law, you lost your immortality (until redeemed by
grace) where do you think the concept of “innocent until proven
guilty” either came from, or could it play an important part of
American history from one subtle part of the early American mind that
viewed things in that manner to support those concepts?

So you think that would make kids squirm, if we taught that those kind
of social expectations were common place back then? I haven't forced
you to join a religion, and I've taught you some basic concepts in use
back then? That is what is so amazing about the United States
Constitution, is that in order to avoid arguments, it was short, and
yet designed to be so powerful?

They knew there was only one real way to avoid the failed governments
of their collective experience and wrote that document intentionally
that way? I wonder if President Obama ever made those arguments in
his “lectures”? These leaders instinctively knew that the one thing
that divides a nation is money, and went out of their way to avoid
those pitfalls, and it takes intentional acts of disregard for the US
Constitution to harm the economy? People that invest in America,
invest in our Constitution?

Well, I could write more today, however I can't just keep publishing
everything for free, so we will see if I can do better than I have in
the past....

Oh, the other radio shows? Do doctors heal, or confuse? What's
confusing about Gitmo when you assume in order to be there, you were
caught in the act of military aggression?

What terrorists have we "rehabilitated"? Does that take decades? Did
we rehabilitate Hitler, or fry him in his bunker?

I feel sorry for anybody that holds drug-addled drop outs on a pedestal
